Industrial look and feel artisan coffee + Tea studio with a kitchen and located in Downtown Frisco. This space also serves Beer and Wine, offering 1400 sq. ft. of indoor space, providing you with a cozy environment for your events.

Capacity
This venue can easily host up to 40 guests indoors and an additional 20 on the patio. You are welcome to move furniture around to accommodate the requirements for your event. The facility also includes 2 well-maintained restrooms for the convenience of your guests.

$100 Per Hour (Friday 5PM – Sunday 12 Midnight)
$75 Per Hour (Monday-Friday 5PM)
$50 Cleaning Fee
Rules for Food and Beverages
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. BYOB is also allowed with a $2 corking fee per guest.
We can provide bagel sandwiches and flatbreads, coffee and tea offerings. You are also welcome to purchase beer and wine from us.
Food Preparation and Kitchen Rules
No cooking is allowed on-site. The counter area and the community table can be used as a prep/layout area for food. We provide ice from our ice machine.
Available AV Equipment
Speakers: Guests can share their song playlist with us and play it on our Music System.
Rules for AV and Music: DJs and live music are allowed.

Are outside customers allowed during my booking at the café?
No outside customers are allowed and the entire space is reserved for your event.

Will a Barista be provided for my event?
Yes, your reservation includes a barista who will help prepare and serve drinks and food you order from us. The Barista will also help move furniture around (if needed) and provide you with ice from our ice machine.

Do you provide Valet Service?
You can get in touch with our preferred vendor for valet services. Please let us know, and we can share the details of the provider.

Where can I access the menu if I want to pre-order food and drinks?

Do I have access to the kitchen during my booking time?
No, but our barista will help you with ice from our ice machine, and you may leave reasonable food in our refrigerator.

Is onsite cooking allowed?
No, cooking is not allowed.

Do you allow outside catering?
Yes, outside catering is allowed.

Do you allow BYOB?
Yes, outside alcohol is allowed with a $2 corking fee per drinking guest.

How can I order food and drinks from Karmic Grounds?
You can order coffee, tea, beer, wine, pastries, flatbreads, and bagel sandwiches from us. It is preferred that you let us know the food you want to order from us in advance. The food and drinks can be pre-ordered or ordered during the event and paid at the event as well.

Is setup and cleanup time allocated separately?
No, the setup and cleanup time is included in your booking time.

What is the cancellation policy?
Guests may cancel their booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including any Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.

Fill in the Interest Form, and we will revert back with a confirmation and invoice for payment.
